Earn points for prizes by being a Star Patient!

How???

1. Be on time for your appointment (brushed and ready)
2. Have good oral hygiene and clean appliances
3. Wear elastics, retainers, headgear, etc., as instructed and bring appliances to appointment
4. No broken or loose brackets, bands, retainers, etc.

Every Star Patient starts each appointment with four (4) points. One (1) point will be deducted for each above requirement that is not met.  Points may be redeemed for gift certificates.

BONUS:

1. Wear your Hydo & Rawlings T-Shirt to your appointment and you will be entered in our monthly drawing to win a gift certificate.
   
2. When you come to your orignially scheduled appointment with your appointment card, you and your parent will be entered in our monthly drawing. The winning patient will receive a gift certificate and the winning parent will win a gift basket.
