T-Shirts: When you begin your orthodontic treatment with us, we will give you an A+ T-shirt. Every time you wear it to your appointment, we will enter your name into our monthly raffle for a $50.00 gift certificate to a local retailer!
Bracelets: At the start of treatment, we will also let you pick out a Great Smiles wristband. If you wear your wristband AND your t-shirt, we will give you an additional entry into our monthly gift certificate raffle!
Great Smiles Kids Club
Patients automatically join our Great Smiles Kids Club when they are in "Observation" Status. This status means that the patient is not quite ready to start orthodontic treatment, or they are in between Phase I and Phase II treatment. Bring in your Great Smiles Kids Club Membership Card to your appointment and receive up to 3 entries in our iPod Touch drawing!
Lunch Bunch Program
Schedule your appointment during 9-12 am and have lunch on us! We will give you a coupon for lunch at one of our favorite local restaurants if you schedule your regular adjustment appointments during the hours of 9am to 12pm.

Appointment Tickets:
Bring your child to each appointment on time and you will be entered to win a gift basket from Mistral. Receive an additional entry if you bring your child in for their appointment between 9-12am! The baskets are filled with fragrant soaps, lotions and other personal care products to make you feel and smell good.
