Fee and Payment Options
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following guidelines:
1. If full payment is made at the beginning of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
2. To fit the needs of our patients, financial arrangements can be made to extend payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
3. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
4. Outside financing is also available through Capital One Healthcare Plan, 1-877-559-5050, www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com.
Insurance
All services are charged directly to the patient, as patients are personally responsible for payment of charges incurred. Our office will be happy to do all the claims billing to your insurance company and will direct payment to the policyholder. It should be understood that the doctor has no contract with your insurance company and the fee is the sole responsibility of the patient. |
